We will endeavour to reduce our impact on the environment wherever possible and strive to ensure as an organisation that we do not knowingly engage in any practices which result in the exploitation of the environment or the human race.
We will however use suppliers wherever possible who have policies and / or programmes to promote sustainability. Have policies and / or programmes to promote the use of renewable sources of energy. Have policies and / or programmes to promote the recycling of waste. Demonstrate a commitment to ecological sustainability. Have policies to promote ethical trading
We will aim to trade with businesses who take a fair and responsible position towards all human factors under their control including labour rights within their own organisations. Fair trade towards any global supplier or manufacturer of their products.
We will not knowingly trade with any business who’s employee remunerations are below the local minimum standard or agreed level or acceptable level required in order for them to be able to sustain themselves.
We will aim to support the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and as such we will not knowingly trade with or support any Government /s failing to uphold basic humans rights under which they have direct influence.
We will not knowingly trade with any business who is directly involved in the the testing of animals for cosmetic or household products. Using in-humane and un official methods of slaughter for food and the use of any methods which prolong suffering.
We will not intentionally trade with any business directly involved in the manufacture of arms or armaments which are supplied to oppressive regimes. The manufacture, supply or distribution of torture equipment.
